Pricing, Process and Post-launch

We provide excellent work regardless of your budget. We can accomodate small, medium and large budgets and project requirements. The following price points are general guidelines. Your actual project estimate is prepared to order after we have discussed your specific requirements and budget range.

$1500 and underThis is a smaller budget range for a website build, and great results are still guaranteed! Maintenance, content development, limited redesign, consulting, training and production contracts are also available in this range.
$3k to $5kThis is an appropriate budget for a brochure site for a smaller or more entrepreneurial business or non-profit corporation, or a new section of an existing website. Expect plenty of cool creativity and functionality!
Around $9kThis is a realistic budget for a brochure site for an established small- to medium-sized business. It would include some of the elements in the $15k project description, though the overall project scope would be smaller.
Around $15kA project of this scale involves extensive content development supported by elements such as branding, photography, illustration, ecommerce, custom site functionality, printed material, and an email marketing campaign.

Design Process

The design and development process is a structured series of conversations, formal presentations, critiques and collaborative reworking. During the planning stage we discuss your goals and project needs. In the design phase we present and modify page mockups and interactive functionality. The development phase turns the mockups into a functional website that’s ready for launch.

Next Steps

Post-launch, your website will need ongoing care and feeding to meet growth objectives and ensure continued smooth operation. We can help with automated stats monitoring and site backups, blog updates, backlinking, comment response, security hardening, WordPress core and plugin updates, functional enhancements, email marketing and more.
